• To receive membership benefits, we recommend in-person payment because we must confirm your identity.
• Payment details can be canceled only if requested on the same day. In rare cases, cancellation is possible through the Customer Support Center.
• Canceling your reservation does not automatically cancel your online payment. We recommend that you confirm your cancellation with the Customer Support Center.
• Acceptable Foreign Credit Cards : VISA, MASTER, JCB (AMEX and DINERS are not accepted)
• You can make a prepayment only for the room to stay within a month.
