Gold Season Session 2 admission is available exclusively for guests staying with the Savoring Summer Night package.

Upon admission, up to 2 sunbeds per room, 2 towels, and 1 bottle of water are provided. Sunbeds and towels are not provided for additional guests beyond the standard occupancy.
Children under 130 cm in height must wear a life jacket and enter the pool only when accompanied by a guardian.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the outdoor pool.
Guests must wear a swimming cap or hat when using the outdoor pool.

Douglas House is a contactless hotel operating exclusively with mobile check-in and check-out. To ensure a smooth stay, please complete mobile check-in pre-registration in advance.
① Mobile Check-in Pre-registration - Mobile check-in pre-registration is available from 10:00 AM, one day prior to arrival.
- Registration card completion, parking registration, and room charge payment can all be conveniently completed via mobile.
- Please be sure to check the notification message sent one day prior to arrival.
- Downloading the Walkerhill app will allow for an even more seamless experience.
② Mobile Check-in & Room Key Collection - On the day of arrival, once your room is ready, a notification message with a QR code will be sent to you.
- Please scan the QR code at the kiosk located in the Douglas House lobby to collect your room key and proceed directly to your room.
③ Mobile Check-out - Please use the mobile check-out link provided in the notification message received at check-in to complete your check-out..
- Kindly leave the room key on the table inside your room before departing.
