[Hotel] How do I find out if the hotel has facilities for the handicapped?

- You will find them in parking lots, restrooms and elevators.

[Hotel] How much is the parking fee?
[Answers]

- Free of charge for 30 minutes / KRW 1,000 for every additional 10 minutes (price includes all taxes and service charges)

- Free of charge for 6 hours to customers of a hotel venue / Free for all hotel guests during their stay (when using the automated parking payment system)

[Hotel] How much is the valet parking fee?
[Answers]

- KRW 25,000 (tax and service charge included).

[Hotel] Is limousine rental service available?
[Answers]

- We offer airport shuttle service for the guests’ convenience. The fees (tax and service charge included) are listed as follows: 

: Incheon Airport pick-up service KRW 180,000/drop-off service KRW 180,000 

: Gimpo Airport pick-up service KRW 120,000/drop-off service KRW 120,000

- We do not accept it.

[Hotel] What is the Walkerhill pet policy?
[Answers]

Dogs over 15 kg are not permitted anywhere on Walkerhill Hotel and Resort grounds

The solitary exception to this rule is service dogs accompanying visually impaired persons.

Pets under 15 kg may be allowed on the grounds under the following conditions:

 

1. Vista Walkerhill Seoul 

 - Pets under 15 kg accompany guests in their rooms when the guests reserve the "Oh My Pet" program.

 - Guests may not access to food and beverage outlets with their pet. We strongly recommend that guests place their pets in a cage when accessing hotel facilities outside their room.

 

2. Grand Walkerhill Seoul (including Douglas House)

 - Pets are not allowed to stay with guests.

 - Guests will not be granted access to food and beverage outlets with pets.

 

3. Walking/Jogging Trails

 - Pets must be on a leash and guests must carry bags to clean up after their pet.

 

During major events held in and around Pizza Hill (Cherry Blossom Festival, Autumn Festival, etc.) pets are not allowed to ensure safety for both the pets and the large groups that gather.

Under rare circumstances where someone with a pet must get past the event, they must pick up and carry their pet into and out of the event grounds.

 

[Meeting] How many guests can a banquet hall accommodate?

- Min. capacity: For banquets including meals, reservations may be made from at least 20 persons. For banquets without meals, reservations may be available for less than 20 persons. 

- Max. capacity: ‘Vista Hall’, which is a well-known banquet hall of Grand Walkerhill Seoul Hotel may accommodate approximately 1,000 persons.

- Seating capacity varies according to banquet arrangement. For further information, please contact the hotel.

[Meeting&Wedding] Where is the 24-hour mobile charging station in the lobby?

- It is located on the side of the glass elevator and is free for 24 hours.

[Restaurant] Do you have a dress code?
[Answers]

- Not really, but we do not permit casual attire, such as athletic or sports uniforms and slippers.

[Restaurant] I want to know about Walkerhill Library and its hours of operation.
[Answers]

- Walkerhill Library is equipped with over 3,000 books embracing the whole field, such as Korean and foreign novels, essay, history, science, art, self-improvement, education of children, interest, practice, and more.

- Borrowing books is not permitted.

[Restaurant] Should I make a reservation early?

- It is available without advance reservation but early reservation is encouraged as reservation on a specified date is subject to early closure.

[Room] Can I get a baby crib in the room?
[Answers]

- It may be provided free of charge upon request.

- Due to its limited quantity, you can always contact us to confirm availability.

[Room] Does the hotel restrict the number of guests in the room?
[Answers]

- Standard Room: 2 persons / Family Suite: 3 persons (2 adults, 1 child)

[Room] Until when can I cancel my reservation to avoid any additional charges?
[Answers]

- Free cancellation until 18:00 on the day before the date of arrival. 

- If canceled later, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

- Cancellation/amendment policies vary according to special event or festive day.  

[Room] What amenities are available in all guest rooms?
[Answers]

- 2 bottles ofmineral water, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, comb, sewing kit,shower cap, cotton swab, cotton pad, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, green tea,black tea, electric kettle, in-room safe, slippers, bathrobe, writing utensils,etc.

- If you need humidifier,DVD & CD player, Go board or others, please contact our guest servicecenter and then, we will bring it into your room.

[Room] What is the Check-in/Check-out time?

- Check-in: After 3:00 PM/Check-out: By 11:00 AM.

[Room] What is the fee for the indoor swimming pool and the fitness center?
[Answers]

- All the facilities are available for hotel guests free of charge.

- One adult is charged KRW 19,000 (tax and service charge included).

- The weight room is only available to 17 years or older.
