Exclusively for guests staying at Vista Walkerhill Seoul, Grand Walkerhill Seoul, and Douglas House who are aged 20 and up.

Have you ever felt tired and lethargic from the daily grind?
Create a conscious time for yourself, your own ritual time. Mind Care Yoga is a wellness lifestyle program to make your body and mind healthy.

∙ Tea Yoga (March–May): Unwind with a healing yoga session while enjoying a warm cup of tea.
∙ Beer Yoga (June–October): Relax and release stress and recharge your energy with a refreshing can of beer.
∙ Vin Chaud Yoga (November–February): Relax and stretch your body and mind with warm, wine-based Vin Chaud.

  • This program is subject to cancellation or changes due to hotel circumstances, weather conditions, or on-site situations.
  • Outdoor programs may be canceled if fine dust levels exceed 81㎍/m³..
  • This program is exclusively for Walkerhill Hotel guests and requires advance reservations by 6 PM  the day prior.
  • Participation may be restricted if it is deemed unsafe or the program cannot be conducted smoothly.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made on the day of the program.
  • Most programs, except for a few, require a minimum of two participants to proceed.
  • Please gather at the Library at least 5 minutes before the program starts. Later arrivals will not be allowed to participate.
