Create a conscious time for yourself, your own ritual time. Mind Care Yoga is a wellness lifestyle program to make your body and mind healthy.
∙ Tea Yoga (March–May): Deep breathing and fluid movement, accompanied by the subtle aroma of tea, release tension and gently awaken both body and mind.
∙ Beer Yoga (June–October): With a refreshing sip of beer, this relaxed session eases tension and restores your energy.
∙ Mulled Wine Yoga (November–February): Slow, grounding movements and deep stretches gently release muscle tension, while the warmth and aroma of mulled wine softly envelop both body and mind.
- This program is subject to cancellation or changes due to hotel circumstances, weather conditions, or on-site situations.
- Outdoor programs may be canceled if fine dust levels exceed 81㎍/m³..
- This program is exclusively for Walkerhill Hotel guests and requires advance reservations by 6 PM the day prior.
- Participation may be restricted if it is deemed unsafe or the program cannot be conducted smoothly.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made on the day of the program.
- Most programs, except for a few, require a minimum of two participants to proceed.
- Please gather at the Library at least 5 minutes before the program starts. Later arrivals will not be allowed to participate.
