Mobile Check in/Check out Guide
Douglas House is a hotel with a non-staff assisted, mobile check-in/check-out system. Please complete the mobile check-in pre-registration for your stay at Douglas House.
ⓛ Pre-registration for Mobile Check-in:
- You can pre-register for mobile check-in from 10 am the day before your stay. You can fill out a registration card, register for parking, and pay for your room conveniently on your mobile. Please check the notification message sent the day before your stay. You can also download the Walkerhill App for even more convenience.
② Mobile Check-in and Room Key Collection:
- Once your room is ready for occupancy on the day of your stay, you will receive a notification message with a QR code. You can collect your room key using the QR code at the kiosk in the Douglas House lobby to gain immediate access to your room.
③ Mobile Check-out:
You can conveniently check out using the link provided in the mobile check-out instruction notification you received upon check-in. Leave your room key on the room table, and that’s all!
