[Hotel Overall] Is there a shower available?
[Answer]

Shower facility is for guests who use the room without a shower booth. Using shower separately is unavailable.

[Reservation] Is it possible to keep baggage or clothes after leaving?
[Answer]

It can be kept for the date of check-out.
It may be transferred to the Lost and Found Center after 1 day of storage.

[Reservation] Is there any extra charge for a child?
[Answer]

Up to 2 preschoolers(under 8 years old) can stay free with their parents.

[Reservation] Are there additional charges for accompanying children?
[Answer]

Under 10 year old child can stay with parents without any charge, but it will be uncomfortable.

[Room] How do I extend my stay?

Please contact the front desk. Extension is subject to room availability and charges may be applicable according to price policy.

[Reservation] What is the cancellation policy?
[Answer]

1) General guest booking

① For cancellation before 18:00(hotel local time), 1 day prior to the date of stay: no cancellation charge

② For cancellation after 18:00(hotel local time), 1 day prior to the date of stay: 100% of room rate including tax

③ For no cancellation and no show: Booking will be automatically cancelled with penalty of 100% of room rate

 

2) Group booking(more than 3 rooms)

① For cancellation 3 days(72 hours) prior to the date of stay: no cancellation charge 

② For cancellation after 3 days(72 hours) and before 24 hours prior to the date of stay: 50% of room rate including tax

③ For cancellation within 24 hours from the date of stay: 100% of room rate including tax

④ For no cancellation and no show: Booking will be automatically cancelled with penalty of 100% of room rate

[Reservation] Is the capsule hotel available for a transit passenger?
[Answer]

Transit passengers can use capsule hotel after passing through the immigration process. Foreign passengers need a valid visa to Korea to enter Korea.

[Hotel Overall] Is parking available?
[Answer]

Parking places are managed by the airport, and Capsule Hotel does not have special parking place for our guests. If you are using the parking area, you should follow the airport’s parking policy.

[Room] Is wheelchair service available?
[Answer]

We do not, but please ask your airline for a wheelchair.  

[Room] Can I get a baby crib in the room?
[Answer]

The size of room is small. Baby cribs are not provided.

[Room] Do you have a family room?
[Answer]

Darakhyu does not have a family room.

The capsule hotel does not provide room service.
